GovWait combines factual government processing-time values with its own organization, field definitions and explanatory metadata. This page keeps those layers—and their terms—separate.

To the extent GovWait owns copyright in its original selection, organization, field definitions and explanatory metadata, that material is available under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). Attribute GovWait, link to the dataset page, identify changes you make and do not imply that GovWait or a government endorses your use.
This permission does not relicense an originating government's information, logos, trademarks or third-party material. Source-specific terms still apply.

Commercial delivery, custom formats, support and GovWait-owned enhancements do not create exclusive rights in underlying government facts.
