GovWait is designed to collect as little personal information as practical. This policy explains what the site and its service providers may process.

Information processed when you visit
Cloudflare hosts and protects this site. Like most web infrastructure providers, Cloudflare may process technical request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps and security signals to deliver pages, prevent abuse and maintain reliability.
Optional measurement and audience tools
GovWait may use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage and Grow by Mediavine to measure audience activity and provide reader features. These tools can use cookies, local storage, device information, page URLs, referrers and similar identifiers. GovWait does not ask these tools to collect names, application numbers, passport details or immigration-case information.
Google Analytics stays off unless you select “Accept analytics.” Declining does not limit the processing-time data, and the “Cookie choices” control in the footer lets you revisit that choice. Advertising storage and personalization signals remain disabled in GovWait’s analytics configuration.
Grow must load sitewide for its reader features and installation check. Grow presents its own sign-in, subscription and advertising-consent choices when those features are used; you do not need a Grow account to read GovWait.
If you email [email protected], the message and address you provide are used to answer you, investigate a correction or handle the request. Do not email passport numbers, application identifiers, financial information or other sensitive case documents; GovWait cannot advise on individual cases.
Sharing and selling
GovWait does not sell personal information. Technical data may be processed by Cloudflare, Google or Mediavine only for the services described above and under their own terms. If advertising is activated later, this policy will be updated before ad code is enabled.
Retention and choices
GovWait keeps correction correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the request and recordkeeping. Infrastructure and analytics providers apply their own retention controls. Browser settings can delete or block cookies and local storage. Requests about information you sent directly to GovWait can be made at [email protected].
Children and changes
This general-reference site is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them. Material changes to this policy will be dated on this page.
